BETA Technologies offers pilot training to all its employees. I am a part of that program, and went from never being in an aircraft smaller than a Compact Regional Jet to earning my private pilot’s license. I won’t say I’m a bad pilot, because if you’re bad at flying then you don’t pass your checkride, but there is so much more to learn. Currently building hours and slowly working towards an Instrument rating.

The views never get old, either.
